Chuck formed Lean Solutions Group, LLC to help manufacturing and administrative organizations increase their efficiency and ultimately profitability. The result of his effort is a dynamic Lean consulting firm that offers deep industry experience obtained within complex environments coupled with and a comprehensive and holistic approach to Lean consulting, education, and training in manufacturing and administrative / service environments. His successful career includes spearheading the implementation of Lean and continuing improvement programs within diverse industries both as operations leader and as senior level strategic consultant for global manufacturing and distribution organizations. He consistently recruited and built action-oriented, high performance teams to implement efficient work practices based upon the Toyota Production System (TPS).
