Reduce the cost and number of transactions through our proven office Kaizen process. We have created a proven methodology for improving administrative/transactional processes as we have within manufacturing:
  • Educate and train your team
  • Define and identify our project

Enable data-driven, fact-based decisions
  • Define the value each administrative transaction creates or does not create in the customers' terms.

  • Measure and analyze the volumes and frequencies of each type of work .
  • Identify similarities in process flow using product / process matrices.
  • Group services and administrative transactions into process families whenever possible.
  • Define “units of customer demand” and develop Takt times for the work, if applicable.
Simplify the process and make it visible with visual aids
  • Connect workflow and information with detailed process mapping that includes a swim lane design.
  • Swim lane process maps simplify the tracking of detailed movements of information and tasks between the responsible individuals and departments.
  • Performance metrics and hold structured, daily meetings.
